a comfortable bed, study desk, wardrobe, TV, fridge, washing machine, pantry, bathroom, and laundry area.
Room rental includes utilities bill (Water, electricity), housekeeping, internet, washing machine, maintenance, 24 hour security & management fees.
Amenities: Attached bathroom, mini kitchen, television, refrigerator, BBQ pits & basketball court.
